The CELTEK CLAN goes one two in Slopestyle at the first ever X-Games Europe! Eric Willett went into France throwing nothing but hammers coming off of a season thus far consisting of Dew Tour podiums and a Silver at X-Games in the US. He put down a run on the super long course that had one of the smoothest switch backside 9's a frontside double cork 10 and a double backside rodeo to top things off. Putting down a heavy score in his second run of a 91. And then the pressure was on. Unable to please the judges in his first two runs, Sage Kotsenburg put his foot down on his third run. Nailing 3 nines, a frontside 10 and capped it off with a double backside 10. Sage with a hell of a breakout season at just 16 years old won the overall Dew Cup, and made a major impression with a 5th and 6th in slopestyle and big air at the X-Games U.S. Congrats goes out to Sage and Eric for man handling the setup! Celtek's very own, Lizard King was spotted this month on the cover of Transworld Skate. After just finishing up his long awaited Pro Spotlight, in which Lizard seems to amaze from start to finish, he nails a cover to top it all off. Today was the last and final day of the 2010 Arctic Challenge. Young guns Sage Kotsenburg and Eric Willett held it down for the CELTEK CLAN. Sage had some hammers in his run with a backside 720 off of the cannon rail, to double cork backside 10, and Cab 9 airing the whole hip. Sage laid down a solid run on his 3rd try but it didn't hold up to the rest of the heavy runs being landed. Sage ended up with a solid 6th place. Eric couldn't piece it together in the overcast Norwegian sky. He had a run that consisted of a boardslide 450 off the cannon rail, to front double cork 10, to backside rodeo into a switch backside 9 airing the over the hip. In his 3rd and final run Eric was getting the numbers he needed but couldn't stomp his backside rodeo which left him in 9th place. Man of mystery Peetu Piironen took home the top spot and claimed the TTR title as well! A big congrats goes out to the CELTEK CLAN for killing it in the ARCTIC!

And then there was 10 in the hunt for the Viking Sword and Crown at the 2010 Arctic Challenge. Today was a heated battle between all the riders for the top 10 spots into the finals. Sage Kotsenburg nailed his second run with stomping a backside double cork 10 and put him in the 5th spot and into tomorrows event. Eric Willett had one of the heaviest runs of the day with a switch backside 9 that landed him in the 2nd position along side Sage. Brandon Reis and Sam Hulbert took on the setup today but unfortunately missed out by just a couple spots. Congrats goes out to Sage, Eric, Brandon, and Sam!

Today was the first day of heavy riding out in Olso,Norway for the Oakley Arctic Challenge. Celtek riders Sage Kotsenburg, Sam Hulbert, Eric Willett, and Brandon Reis made it through the first cut and move on to tomorrows pre-lims where 10 riders will move into the finals. Eric Willett put down a staple of a run and set the bar with a switch backside 9 and sending the massive hip the long way! Sam Hulbert threw down one of the only 10's of the day, and Sage got creative with a back 5 off the canon rail. Come back tomorrow with the latest update from the Arctic!

Everyone needs a break every once in while, and last Friday the CELTEK office finally got some POW! The whole crew went up to Snowbird and took to the tram. It was all time, and nothing but clear skies. Check out the photos below.
